What can I expect to learn?
You can expect to learn how to bring a website to life from the very first idea through to a fully published product. You’ll explore the fundamentals of web structure, visual design, and responsive layouts, while gaining practical experience with HTML, CSS, and asset creation. Along the way, you’ll plan pages, build interactive features, test functionality, and refine your work to meet a professional client brief.

How will I learn?
The classroom based learning will be a mixture of demonstrations, discussions and lots of hands on practice using the devices in our IT suites. There will an experienced tutor to help and guide you at all times.

How will I know how well I am doing?
Your tutor will give feedback as appropriate throughout the course to help you gauge your progress. Feedback may be verbal or written. You will record your progress on an individual learning plan.

Will I have to do any work at home ?
Learners are expected to undertake homework tasks outside of the classroom to reinforce key concepts and maximise their learning experience.

What will I need to provide?
You will need a notepad and pen for making notes.
