Join us for coffee and a chat with an ACL parenting expert!
Join our Zones of Regulation course designed especially for families. This practical and engaging programme introduces the tools and language your child is already using in class to help them recognise, understand, and regulate their feelings.
What is this course about?
A course to support you and understand your children and provide parenting support.
Who is the course for?
Parents/carers and grandparents of school aged children living in Essex.
What can I expect to learn?
Tips and strategies on making parenting as stress free as possible.
How will I learn?
The sessions will be facilitated by the tutor in an informal and relaxed environment.
How will I know how well I am doing?
You will be given tutor feedback at the end of each task. The tutor will work with you to support you with any individual issues that you may be experiencing.
Will I have to do any work at home?
There will be tasks set to do with your child and then to report back to your tutor.
What will I need to provide?
A pen and paper.
